We are also part of the major Web3 conferences worldwide where you are able to meet the team and clients in person.

Currently, PurpleMinds is actively hiring for individuals who are enthusiastic about assuming responsibility and possess a strong desire to learn new things for our HR - Recruiter & Office Management team.   • Do end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, reporting) to fulfilling manpower requirements

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to opening new position and arrange the recruitment tactics

  • Conducting other human resources activities such as onboarding, team building/outing, etc

  • Handling general affair things such as stationery procurement, office rent, business trip accommodation, and other office needs


  • Graduated as Bachelor of Psychology, Management, or relevant field

  • Minimum 3-5+ years of experience as HR (Generalist/Recruitment)

  • Proficiency in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition

  • Demonstrated enthusiasm in the HR foundational aspects

  • Posses at least 1 year of experience with international working or educational culture.

  • Willing to have a high commitment to this position with a positive attitude towards challenges and can-do mentality

  • Domiciled or relocate to Jakarta
